Welcome to DeLite Student Help Community!
By using the website DeLite Student Help Community (henceforth referred to as DeLite) and/or employing the services of DeLite, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this website. As such, you are strongly advised to read the following Terms and Conditions of Use carefully.
DeLite reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revise, amend and introduce from time to time, and without notice. You are strongly advised to read the Terms and Conditions from time to time to be informed of the updates.

| TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TUTORS |

| 1. |
The minimum term of engagement for any tuition assignment is ONE (1) MONTH. |
| 2. |
At the request of the tutees' parents, you will validate your credentials (DeLite Tutor Profile, CV, Resume) with official certificates without fail. |
| 3. |
The tuition assignment will be conducted at a mutually agreed rate between the tutor and the tutee/parent, with the process of agreement facilitated by DeLite. The finalised rate will be stated on the Tuition Assignment Acceptance Form provided to the tutor (and tutee/parent) prior to the first session. |
| 4. |
DeLite's Commission Policy |

| a. |
As you receive and undertake assignments from DeLite, you are to render a percentage of the first month's tuition fees to DeLite at the end of the minimum term of engagement. Unless otherwise stated, the commission rate is 50% of the first month's fees. |
| b. |
You are to render the amount stated in (4a) to DeLite within 6 weeks after the first session of the assignment. |
| c. |
DeLite will send you reminders and procedures to render the commission on at the end of the minimum term of engagement. |
| d. |
Legal actions may be imposed on you should you fail to render the above amount before the stipulated deadline presented to you in the Tuition Assignment Acceptance Form. You will also be blacklisted from DeLite. |

| 5. |
Performance Issues |

| a. |
Should parents engaging your services find that you do not meet their expectations, your services may be terminated at any time. |
| b. |
Should your services be terminated before the minimum term of engagement, you are required to render 50% of the fees amounting to the completed sessions. On a case-by-case basis, penalties/waivers may be considered depending on the nature of the termination. |
| c. |
DeLite, at its discretion, will periodically gather feedback of your performance in the assignment. |
| d. |
Your performance record (positive or negative feedbacks) will be retained on DeLite's system, and this will affect your chances of being considered for subsequent assignments. |

| 6. |
Tuition Assignment Acceptance Form |
| |
DeLite will provide an official Tuition Assignment Acceptance Form containing at least the following information agreed by both parties of the assignment (i.e. the tutor and tutee/parent):

| 7. |
You may wish to draw up an additional written agreement with the tutee/parent of an assignment. However, consequences arising from the written agreement will not be the responsibility of DeLite. |
| 8. |
You are responsible for all contents submitted to us, regardless of the medium of submission. You understand that DeLite may carry out regular checks on your credentials. At the request of DeLite, you will validate your credentials with official certificates without fail. |
| 9. |
DeLite reserves the rights to publish, edit and/or terminate any tutor accounts. |

| TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARENTS/TUTEES |
|
| 1. |
The minimum term of engagement for any tuition assignment is ONE (1) MONTH. |
| 2. |
Should you find the performance of tutor not meeting your expectations within the minimum term, you may request for termination of the tutor's services. You are to notify DeLite as early as possible of your intention to terminate the services of the assigned tutor. DeLite, at its discretion, will recommend another suitable tutor(s) to fulfill your expectations. However, DeLite encourages parents and tutees to allow ample time for tutors to adapt to any assignment. |

The tuition assignment will be conducted at a mutually agreed rate between the tutor and the tutee/parent, with the process of agreement facilitated by DeLite. The finalised rate will be stated on the Tuition Assignment Acceptance Form provided to the tutor (and tutee/parent) prior to the first session. |

You will make payment of every month's tuition fees to the assigned tutor at the last lesson of the tuition month, or any pre-agreed time period. |
| 5. |
At DeLite's discretion, you agree to provide feedback and comments on the assigned tutor. |
| 6. |
You are NOT required to pay any fees to DeLite for the coordination service. The commission is payable only by the tutor after the minimum term of engagement. |
| 7. |
You may wish to draw up an additional written agreement (aside from the Tuition Assignment Agreement Form) with the assigned tutor for the assignment. However, consequences arising from the written agreement will not be the responsibility of DeLite. |
| 8. |
You understand that DeLite is NOT responsible for any unintended consequences arising from any tuition assignment. |

| TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REFERRERS |
|
| 1. |
You may refer as many tuition assignments as you like, however, on the condition that each referral is unique. |
| 2. |
You will receive Referral Remuneration on the condition that the referred assignment is successfully match-made by DeLite, and that the assignment prevails for at least ONE (1) MONTH. You will receive payment within the first month of the tuition assignment as soon as the assignment is deemed credible by DeLite. |
| 3. |
DeLite reserves the right to implement and publish the ongoing promotional Referral Remuneration rate on its website. |
| 4. |
The Referral Remuneration rate for a successful referral is pegged at the figure promoted on DeLite's website at the time of referral. |
| 5. |
DeLite Tutors are allowed to refer tuition assignments to DeLite and receive Referral Remuneration. |
| 6. |
You are to ensure the integrity and validity of all referral information sent to DeLite. Any invalid information found will render the referral void. |
| 7. |
In cases of parents requesting for tutors for their kids, or tutees seeking tutors for themselves, the parties stated will not receive Referral Remuneration. |

| DISCLAIMERS AND ENQUIRIES |
|
The usage of the DeLite Website (www.delite.com.sg) is at your own discretion. DeLite will not be responsible for any harm induced on you, your computer or any other propery that DeLite may have influence on.
