Recommend Quality Tutors
Our aim is to ensure that only tutors of quality and available for each assignment are recommended to parents/tutees. We do not compromise standards just to "fill the vacancy". If we do not have a quality answer, we are frank enough to notify clients.
Meticulous Tutor Selection
We do not haphazardly pick and dispatch tutors. We understand that our selection of tutor for any assignment goes a long way for our clients, and hence we put in extra care and consideration in picking the suitable candidates.
Excellence Oriented Service
Our business is serving clients, the best we can. We aim to provide customised and genuine service to each client, taking into account all the issues involved to provide value-addedness. |

|
Price Setting of Assignments
It is largely a misconception that DeLite fixes tuition rates for assignments. There is indeed a range of "market rates" for each level/subject combination, however, we leave it open for tutors and parents/tutess to negotitate (through DeLite) a rate agreeable by both sides.
Tutor Profiles Shopping
DeLite is not a social networking nor online shopping site. We do not provide the platform for web users to browse the profiles of our registered tutors. Only appropriate parties would have protected access to profiles and certificates of tutors.
Tuition Centre
DeLite, as of date, is a tuition agency whose job is to recommend quality tutors to parents/tutees. We are not (quite yet) a tuition centre at this moment in time. |
